You will enjoy 2 dedicated ORs with a top-notch support team. They have a profusion team 24/7 and do valve replacement. Being an employee means all you must do is show up and be the excellent CTS you are. You don’t have to worry about staffing an office, paying exorbitant fees to locum companies when you want to take vacation or pay for outrageous EHR systems that are constantly demanding upgrades and updates and cost thousands of dollars.
Hospital Employed Position
Compensation and Benefits::
- Base Salary Year 1 is $850k; Transitioning to a Production Model Earning You MUCH More. Year 3 Increases to $900k Base Salary
- 401k with up to 8% Matching
- Short- and Long-Term Disability

- Relocation—Up to $10k
- Sign On Bonus—$40k
- Fellowship Stipend Considered
