Business Development Manager
Norma grew up in a rural farming community east of Columbia, Missouri and attended a small high school. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from William Woods University in Fulton, Missouri. The majority of her working career has been in the insurance industry. Her strong customer service skills have proven valuable at the THC group as she strives to thoroughly understand the customer’s needs. Her favorite pastime is cooking and enjoying nature walks through the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
